EMI in Switching Power Converters – Issues, Insights and Tips from an Experienced Designer

The presentation will address many common EMI issues and mitigations in switching power supplies, motor drivers, and power converters embedded in products and on PC boards.  As a long time designer and consultant, John has gathered many insights on PCB layout, filtering, cabling, components, and balacing EMI compliance with other requirements both from his own designs and in helping other resolve EMI issues and speed the path to compliance.  

The MN EMC event is and all day event held Thursday Sept 25, 2025 at the Doubletree by Hilton Minneapolis Airport.
